Tickets
Tickets may be bought online, by phone or at the Box Office.

Online -
Please go to our website for all online calendar for all shows. Tickets are not mailed. If you buy online we have a record of your purchase at the box office. Please bring either your id, credit card or order no to the box. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance.

By Phone -
We are happy to take reservations by phone but ask that you arrive at the theatre 30 minutes before performance. If you have not arrived 15 minutes before show we reserve the right to sell the tickets. We can also take your online order over our phone which is the cheapest method of paying in advance.

Box Office -
Our box office is also where you may purchase concessions, subscriptions or get general information. The box office is not usually open during the day but if you wish to come by one of our daytime staff can usually assist you.

House -
The house usually opens at least 20 mins before show time. We only have general seating. Seats are on a first come first served basis but please let the box office know ahead of time if you wish to reserve seats, if you have a mobility or other disability issue so that we may assist you. The larger Big Secret has a ramp and is wheelchair accessible but our smaller Little Secret is not. There are four steps to negotiate and we are happy to assist if you wish to attend a show there but would need assistance.

Local Amenities/Restaurants -
We have deals and offers that our friends and commercial partners are happy to offer you. If you wish to have dinner before or after a show we recommend Da'Giannis Ristorante who will take 10% off your bill if you mention The Secret.
We are also happy to recommended the legendary 24hr Court Square Diner.
For drinks after the show we recommend The Shannon Pot.
Coffees, sandwiches and other delights are available at Tost, LIC Market, Caffeina, The Burger Garage and at American Hero. Within walking distance we have Italian, New American, Thai, Diner, Chinese and Indian food.

Hotels -
There are many new hotels near The Secret because of the convenient short commute to Manhattan. Indeed it is possible to get to Midtown in a fraction of the time it takes from other boroughs. Nearby we have the following hotels; Ravel, Holiday Inn Express, La Quinta, Comfort Inn, Marriot and others. Please call us if you are coming from out of town for current deals and offers

Subways/Transport/Area -
The Secret is well served by over 4 subway lines that are within a couple of blocks and is only one stop from midtown on the E and 3 stops from Grand Central on the 7.[E,M & G + 7, N & W at Queensboro Plaza.] We are also only a short walk from the East River with spectacular views of the Manhattan Skyline.
