The theatre is in The Long Island City Art Center, which is two blocks from Moma's PS1, two blocks from Silvercup Studios, and one block from The Citibank Tower at Courthouse Square. We are in the heart of the creative and evolving community of Long Island City, which is home to many artists of all disciplines, new residential high rises, and many types of restaurants/ cafes and hotels.

About Us
We have hosted plays, musicals, dance, music, opera, film, classes, rehearsals, art openings, parties, avant-garde, and more. We present productions under our own name, we can co-produce, and we accept rental submissions produced entirely by an outside company. Talk to us about your project and help us realize your creative vision.

About The Venues
The Secret Theatre is a custom-built theatre and rehearsal room facility in the heart of LIC’s artist’s quarter. Companies can comfortably seat 99 patrons in a 3/4-round seating space, but we also have the flexibility to present shows as thrust, proscenium, transverse, or other styles of theatre.

Features: three separate clean restrooms, a box office, a gallery/foyer, a dressing room/ bathroom for the artists, tech booth, wheelchair and stroller-friendly, air-conditioner available.
