House opens approximately 20 minutes before show time. Please let the box office know ahead of time if you wish to reserve specific seats or if you have any mobility problems so that we may assist you. Check ticketing site for details of each production.

Frequently asked questions about ticketing for The Secret Theatre performances / events:

The box office opens 45 minutes before curtain.

We accept cash and many types of credit cards.

There is no coat check, but if you have multiple bags or large items, we do request that they are checked in. Ask an employee in the lobby for details.

Beverages and snacks that have been purchased in the lobby are allowed to be consumed in the theatre. Outside food and gum may NOT be consumed in the theatre.

Yes, our theatre is equipped with ADA accessible restrooms, ramps, and select theatre seating. Please contact the box office in advance about ADA specific reservations.

Late seating is determined by the producer for each show; please contact the theatre ahead of time for late seating inquiries.

There is a small parking lot in front of the theater that is available Mon-Fri after 6pm and all day on Saturday and Sunday. There is also free street parking and various parking lots. Please contact us ahead of time for recommendations. Generally people find it easy to park on weekends and evenings.

There is a range of restaurants, from New American, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Peruvian, a classic Diner and Italian. Please contact us ahead of time for suggestions and hours.
